Quality is the partner of success, and implementing standards is the guarantee of quality.  In order to firmly establish the concept of "safety first, quality oriented" among employees, further enhance their awareness of the importance of safety production and product quality, comprehensively improve the safety quality and operational skills of workshop employees, and ensure intrinsic safety and product quality, the company conducted a special training on safety and quality on October 20th.

Huang Hong, the Minister of Production, and Sun Xiaojie, the Quality Supervisor, respectively explained to the employees the process flow and operating rules, equipment operating procedures, quality system certification management, and key points of job operation quality control.  A practical discussion was conducted on the current issues.  Through discussion, the quality and management awareness of employees has been enhanced, the responsibilities and procedures of various management tasks have been clarified, the occurrence of unqualified products has been prevented and controlled, and the cost of enterprise quality management has been reduced.  Through Sun Xiaojie's quality inspection, problems can be identified and corrected in a timely manner, laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise, continuously meeting customer needs and expectations, winning customer trust, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing the social image and market competitiveness of the enterprise.
