On April 1, 2018, Jiangsu Zhongsheng Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. held a grand launch ceremony for the 2018 Quality Month event in the conference room of the office building. General Manager Zhu Tong delivered an important speech.  Company leaders, department heads, and employees attended the meeting.  Sun Xiaojie, the head of the Quality Management Department of the company, announced the launch of the Quality Month activity.

At the meeting, department heads made commitments to improve product quality based on their respective responsibilities.  On behalf of the marketing system, Pan Yunming, the director of the company's sales office, promises that marketing personnel will provide accurate, timely, and efficient market quality information, contributing to quality improvement.  On behalf of the procurement system, Sun Rong, the Minister of the Supply Department of the company, promised to establish a quality based supply system, strictly implement the quality policy, and control the key points to safeguard the improvement of quality.  Huang Hong, the head of the production department of the company, stated that all employees of the production system must fully cooperate with quality management work, strengthen production process control, move quality control points forward, prevent defective products from entering the next process, and decompose the quality indicators that were not completed in the first quarter, implement them to every team and every employee, and improve product quality through strengthened management.

Subsequently, Sun Xiaojie, the head of the Quality Management Department, made a speech as the department head. He stated that he would strengthen employees' work in quality training, standardized operations, and compliance with process rules, and implement quality awareness into every employee's work, effectively promoting the continuous improvement of quality work.  A careful analysis has been conducted on the problems in the ideology, methods, and systems of quality management work, and improvement measures have been proposed. Sun Xiaojie pointed out that employees must establish a work philosophy of zero defect requirements and zero tolerance for quality problems, adopt a "zero defect, zero tolerance" attitude, seek truth from facts, and prioritize quality awareness.  Finally, the key tasks for the Quality Month were clarified at the meeting, including specific work items.

General Manager Zhu Tong emphasized that without product quality assurance, a company lacks competitiveness and a foundation for development.  Therefore, in response to the current situation of the company's quality management, we must launch a decisive battle to address the issues related to product quality.  Through this Quality Month activity, we need to change our mindset and all departments must attach great importance to quality work.  We need to focus on solving physical quality problems through the Quality Month activity. Each department must develop practical and feasible plans, implement them seriously, and improve the comprehensive quality management system. With systems as guarantees and regulations as standards, we must solidly promote the continuous and in-depth development of quality management work.  We need to improve the construction of the performance appraisal system, clarify specific job quality indicators, give heavy rewards to personnel who complete quality indicators, and impose severe penalties on personnel who fail to complete quality indicators;  The quality management department should make specific requirements to each department for the current work. The heads of each system and department should carefully identify the existing problems and develop corresponding improvement measures to ensure the completion of quality indicators.

At the end of the meeting, General Manager Zhu Tong requested a comprehensive summary of all activities of the Quality Month. The organizing departments will summarize each activity one by one. The Quality Month activities must not become mere formalities or be incomplete. This Quality Month activity is just a starting point for quality management work. We must establish a long-term mechanism for quality management, persistently grasp it, and maintain a high-pressure situation in quality management. We must ensure that everyone has indicators and responsibilities for quality management.
