In order to fully implement the spirit of the 2019 Safety Production Month Launch Conference in Binjiang Park, Taizhou Medical High tech Zone, and closely focus on the theme of "preventing risks, eliminating hidden dangers, and preventing accidents", and effectively improve the safety knowledge level of employees, the company's Safety Management Committee held the "2019 Safety Production Month Knowledge Competition" theme activity on the afternoon of June 29th in the conference room on the second floor of the company's administrative office building.

General Manager Zhu Tong, Production Minister Huang Hong, Quality Supervisor Sun Xiaojie, and Human Resources and Administration Director Cai Guoqin attended the event as guests.

Excellent representatives from the company's rubber mixing workshop, molding workshop, finished product workshop, finance department, administration department, and sales department participated in this event.

The participating team members demonstrated a high level of enthusiasm for the competition through active preparation in the early stage.  In the mandatory question section, the scoring rate of each group is very high, and the scores are being chased after each other.  In the rush to answer session, the atmosphere of the competition became more lively. During the rush to answer session, the contestants enthusiastically raised their hands to speak, fully immersing themselves in the competition.  Although there were cases where mistakes in answering were deducted points, it also brought bursts of laughter and enlivened the atmosphere of the entire game.  The audience present also participated in the audience quiz section, and those who answered the questions correctly received exquisite gifts.  The climax of the competition occurred in the risk question section.  In terms of competition settings, in order to further test the safety knowledge and on-site performance ability of the competition team members, questions with different scores have been set up, and other participating teams can be selected to set obstacles.  Some participating teams were penalized for choosing high scoring questions with aggressive answering strategies, some teams conservatively chose low scoring questions to answer, and some teams were rejected while setting obstacles for other teams... Various answering strategies have brought many unexpected reversals to the competition results.

After a passionate and enthusiastic competition, the representative teams from the finance department, sales department, molding workshop, and finished product workshop won the first, second, and third prizes in this year's safety knowledge competition. General Manager Zhu Tong and Production Minister Huang Hong presented awards to the winning teams respectively.

In the final summary of the event, the company's general manager Zhu Tong delivered a speech: We hope that all departments will continue to work hard and increase their efforts in safety production on the existing basis.

Meanwhile, Mr. Zhu has put forward the following requirements for future safety work:

1. The company's safety management committee should continue to increase efforts in employee safety education, training, and other aspects, so that employees can apply the safety production knowledge they have learned to practical work, and promote and explain among colleagues, achieving "mutual protection, joint protection" and intrinsic safety;

2. Require company safety officers to conduct safety education and training in a way that employees can enjoy and easily accept during the safety education process, in order to enhance the effectiveness of the education.
